Do Tickets expire at the end of the season?

Overview

You have two options at the end of the season.  Some communities want tickets (guest passes) to expire when the season ends.  Some communities want patrons to retain their tickets (guest passes) from year to year.   

By default, products do not expire
If you do not do anything, guest passes, tickets, and unused products will not expire.  Tickets from the Marketplace will retain their balance and unused products (i.e. guest passes) will remain.

How to expire products

​If you want your guest passes to expire, you must take action each offseason to expire your tickets.  

Tickets:

  1. The Reconcile feature will delete empty tickets and unused products
