Do Virtual Guest Passes expire at the end of the season?

Overview

Some communities want virtual guest passes to expire when the season ends. Some communities want patrons to retain their guest passes from year to year. Some communities want virtual guest passes to reset to a certain value year after year.

By default, virtual guest passes do not expire and will roll over.

If you do not do anything, virtual guest passes will not expire.

How to expire or reset virtual guest passes

If you want your guest passes to expire, you must take action each offseason to delete or reset your virtual guest passes.

Virtual Guest Passes:

In the Operations tab, you can reset every membership to a new amount
