eTickets - Instructions for Patrons

Overview

An eTicket is a special file (.pkpass) you can store in a Wallet app on a mobile device. Display the eTicket to the attendant to redeem your purchase or use funds. 
You may also use the QR code in your confirmation email to redeem your purchase.

How do I get my eTicket?
After completing your purchase, you'll be sent an email.  Check your Inbox for an email from marketplace@pool-pass.com.  If you can’t find it there, check your spam mailbox.  This email is sent separately from your confirmation email.  

Using eTickets - Apple (iPhones, iPads)
On your iPhone, open the email and tap the attachment.  


You will be prompted to add to your Apple Wallet.

When you arrive at your facility, open your Apple Wallet app and show your passes to the attendant.

Using eTickets  - Android 

Step 1

On an Android phone, you have to install a wallet app from the Google Play store.

  2. Another alternative is PassWallethttps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.attidomobile.passwallet
Click on the Install button to add the app to your device.

Step 2
Open your email with your eTicket attached.  Shown is an example in Gmail.  Tap on the eTicket to add it to your wallet.  

When you arrive at your facility, open your wallet app and show your passes to the attendant.

How do I share my eTicket with my family member or guests?
You may want other adults or family members use the eTicket on their smart phone.  Simply share them the same way you would share other objects on you smart phone.

 How do I check the balance on my eTickets?
Go back to your community Marketplace website.  Click RETURNING PATRON, enter your email address, and you will get an email with your current balance.
