Overview
When a service is no longer available, you have two options. You may want to disable patrons from making new bookings. In this case, you can MANAGE the service to turn off new bookings.

In this article, we will show you how to delete a service entirely. Deleting a service will take it off your list and cancel all future bookings. Patrons will get an email that the service has been deleted and their booking is cancelled, and if auto-refund is enable, a refund will be issued.
Here is how
- Go to the Booking Portal Calendar page
- Click on the Service you want to delete
- Scroll down
- See the Service action area
- Click DELETE
- Cancelled booking will be tallied
- Click DELETE
