How to EDIT a pool application

Overview

There are times a processor will need to edit a pool application or "fix" a pool application.  While providing patron support you may need to upload a new picture, correct a typo, change a DOB, etc.    

Here is how 
1.  Click the clipboard icon

2.  Edit the application.  

Here is another way 
1.  After the application is processed, you can click OPEN POOLPASS.  This is technically editing the membership or member, not editing the application.  

Why can't I edit a field? 
Not all fields can be modified by the processor. Here are a few...
  1. Payment Collected
  2. Submission Email (you can edit the household email)
  3. Signed Document/Waiver Fields
  4. Any field specifically marked "unmodifiable" 
  5. You can't add a patron
