How to EDIT a pool application

Overview

There are times a processor will need to edit a pool application or "fix" a pool application.  For example, the application had the wrong address.  You may also edit other information, upload a new picture, correct a typo, change a DOB, etc. 

Edit the application directly before approval
In this example, the application forgot the Apartment Number.  If you edit the application at this time, the new address will be used to send pool passes to the correct address. 
1.  Find the application and click the clipboard icon


2.  Scroll down and find the area to edit in the application
In the next picture, we see it is missing the Apartment number. 

3. Edit the Address area with the correct Apartment number.

You may now process to process the application like normal. 

Why can't I edit a field? 
Not all fields can be modified by the processor. Here are a few...
  1. Payment Collected
  2. Submission Email (you can edit the household email)
  3. Signed Document/Waiver Fields
  4. Any field specifically marked "unmodifiable" 
  5. You can't add a patron
