How to EXPORT events

Depending on the data you are looking for...
  1. You can export general data from all events.  Event names, dates, signup tallies, payment tallies, etc.  
  2. You can export patron data from individual events.  Who signed up, payment info., answers to signup questions, etc.     
  3. You can export financial data from the community's account portal.  Transactions, payments, AGS fees, etc.   
How to export general event data from all events

1.  Go to the Events Page
2.  Click Download


How to export patron data from individual events

1.  Go to the Events Page
2.  Click on the Gear icon and Edit Signup Settings/Patrons

Click on the PATRONS tab
5.  Click Download Patron List

How to export financial data

If a payment was made via the Access Granted Systems platform, a transaction is logged in your community's account.
