Overview
If a member clicks the "CLICK HEREto open a new support ticket" link in the application confirmation, you can easily access the original submission and do not need to search for it.

Why do this?
Facility Managers may place the original application on hold or decline it. Perhaps the household is behind on their HOA dues, has a typo in an address, or needed to upload a document. They have submitted a support ticket and now the original application is ready to get approved. Simply click the original application link and approve the application.
What if there is no link?
It means the member opened a support ticket some other way. If you need to find the original submission, you can search for it.
