FAQ: How does my community use and order a box of generic passes

Overview

A box of generic passes is a custom product that your AGS Account Representative will help you with.  We'll design your passes.  We'll print and mail a box of passes to you.  You'll distribute the passes to your members as needed.    

What style of community uses generic passes?

A community that has an onsite manager or business office that distributes classic passes in-house.  Some use ePasses as their primary pass but have a stock of classic passes they distribute to kids or members that don't want tot bring their smart phone to the pool.    

How to order

Send an email to your AGS Account Representative with the following details:
  1. Logo and other pass design requests
  2. Starting barcode number and/or number of digits for barcodes
  3. Person to address package to
  4. Address for delivery
  5. Number of passes
AGS staff will create a draft for you to approve.  We will edit the design until you are satisfied before finalizing the order.  The charge will show up on your next monthly invoice.  

How to reorder

Give your AGS account representative the following updates:
  1. If you will use the same design or make changes
  2. Confirm mailing address
  3. Number of passes
By default, AGS will use the next barcode number and same pass design.  Let us know if that should be different.

FAQs

Is there a minimum order?

No, the price per pass and the shipping price per order is the same no matter how many passes you order.  

How much time does it take?

AGS prints and mails passes daily.  Once you confirm the final design and other details, expect your order to arrive in within 7-10 days, though it should arrive sooner.
