Invoices may be paid via mailed check or online with a credit card.
How do I pay via check?

How do I pay via credit card?
1. In the account portal, click Account.
2. Click Make a Payment.
Can I pay by clicking the link on the Invoice's PDF?
Yes. This link will take you to the page to pay your community's CURRENT BALANCE. If transactions occurred between now and when the invoice was generated, the current balance and invoice total will be different. Enter the value you wish to pay.
What is AGS's preferred method of payment?
3rd party invoicing companies such as Avid Exchange often ask what AGS's prefer method of payment. Mailed by check or online with a credit card by following the above instructions.
Can AGS accept ACH or other method?

How do I request AGS's W9 or Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Our W9 can be downloaded here. Please contact your account representative or email help@accessgrantedsystems.com to requst a COI.
