How to RETURN a guest pass and REFUND the money - Tickets

If a patron requests their money back from a redeemable product such as a guest pass, this is a two step process.
In this article, we will:
  1. Find the ticket
  2. Step 1: Return the product
  3. Step 2: Refund the money

Find the purchase you would like to refund 
1.  Click Tickets
2.  Search for your member's ticket
3.  Highlight the ticket
4.  Click the Transactions Icon  (This opens the transactions tab for this individual ticket)
5.  Click Display in the transactions tab  (This opens all the transactions for this ticket)



Step 1: Return the product  
1.  Highlight the Purchase line
2.  Click Return
3.  Adjust the quantity and click OK
4.  Click Return

Step 2: Refund the money  
1.  Highlight the Deposit line
2.  Click Request Refund
3.  Adjust the amount and click OK.  You may issue a partial refund
4.  Click Refund
