How to RETURN a guest pass and REFUND the money - Virtual Guest Passes

If a patron requests their money back from a Virtual Guest Pass purchase, this is a three step process.
In this article, we will:
  1. Step 1: Add funds to their purchased ticket (This not an actual ticket. It is used to track their purchase and make the refund.)
  2. Step 2: Refund the money
  3. Step 3: Remove Virtual Guest Passes from the membership
Go to the Marketplace

Step 1: Add Funds 
1.  Click Tickets
2.  Search for your member's ticket with a name or email (tip: if they may have misspelled their email, just type in a portion)
3.  Highlight the ticket
4.  Click the Adjust Stored Balance icon
5.  On the pop-up window, change the amount to how much you want to refund and add a comment, then click OK.

Step 2: Refund the Money  
1.  On the same screen, click the Switch to Transactions tab icon (the screen will switch to about tab)
2.  Click Display
3.  Click the Deposit line
4.  Click Request Refund
5.  Adjust the Amount, add a comment and click OK
6.  Click Refund on the confirmation pop-up window


Step 3: Adjust the amount of Virtual Guest Passes in the membership  
1.  Navigate back to the database by clicking the menu and Access Database
2.  Click Member List
3.  Search for the membership with the ID, address, or name
4.  Double Click the correct membership
5.  Adjust the Virtual Guest Passes to the proper amount
