How to VIEW the history of a ticket
Overview
There are several reasons why you may want to view the history of ticket.
For example:
- See when the guest passes were used
- See when the ticket was created
- See if there has been a refund
Here is how
First, find the ticket
- Go to the Marketplace. CLICK HERE to learn how.
- Click on the Tickets tab
- Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
- Click the ticket
- Click on the Transactions icon
On the Transactions tab
- The ticket # will transfer automatically
- Click Display
- You will see some data and the transaction history appear
- Scroll down to see the transaction history for this ticket
- To see when a ticket was redeemed, look for the blue Redeem lines
