How to VIEW the history of a ticket

Overview

There are several reasons why you may want to view the history of ticket. 
For example:
  1. See when the guest passes were used
  2. See when the ticket was created
  3. See if there has been a refund

Here is how

First, find the ticket

  1. Go to the Marketplace.  CLICK HERE to learn how.  
  2. Click on the Tickets tab
  3. Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
  4. Click the ticket
  5. Click on the Transactions icon

On the Transactions tab

  1. The ticket # will transfer automatically
  2. Click Display
  3. You will see some data and the transaction history appear
  4. Scroll down to see the transaction history for this ticket
  5. To see when a ticket was redeemed, look for the blue Redeem lines
