How to VIEW when Guest Passes on a Ticket were redeemed

Overview

There are two ways to see a record of when Guest Passes on Tickets were redeemed. 
  1. See the record in the Log
  2. See the ticket's full history

Using the Log

  1. Go to the Marketplace.  Click here to learn how
  2. Click on the Tickets tab
  3. Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
  4. Click the ticket
  5. Copy the first 8 characters of the Ticket Number
  6. Go back to the Membership Portal
  7. Click on the Log tab
  8. Paste the first 8 characters of the Ticket Number in the Search bar
  9. All check ins from this ticket will be displayed


Viewing the full Ticket history

First, find the ticket

  1. Go to the Marketplace.  Click here to learn how
  2. Click on the Tickets tab
  3. Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
  4. Click the ticket
  5. Click on the Transactions tab

On the Transactions tab

  1. The ticket # will transfer automatically
  2. Click Display
  3. You will see some data and the transaction history appear
  4. Scroll down to see the transaction history for this ticket
  5. To see when a ticket was redeemed, look for the blue Redeem lines
