How to VIEW when Guest Passes on a Ticket were redeemed
Overview
There are two ways to see a record of when Guest Passes on Tickets were redeemed.
- See the record in the Log
- See the ticket's full history
Using the Log
- Go to the Marketplace. CLICK HERE to learn how.
- Click on the Tickets tab
- Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
- Click the ticket
- Copy the first 8 characters of the Ticket Number
- Go back to the Membership Portal
- Click on the Log tab
- Paste the first 8 characters of the Ticket Number in the Search bar
- All check ins from this ticket will be displayed
Viewing the full Ticket history
First, find the ticket
- Go to the Marketplace. CLICK HERE to learn how
- Click on the Tickets tab
- Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
- Click the ticket
- Click on the Transactions tab
On the Transactions tab
- The ticket # will transfer automatically
- Click Display
- You will see some data and the transaction history appear
- Scroll down to see the transaction history for this ticket
- To see when a ticket was redeemed, look for the blue Redeem lines
