How to CONFIRM a Virtual Guest Pass was added to a household

Overview

When a Virtual Guest Pass is purchased in the Marketplace, you may need to confirm the passes were loaded to the proper membership. 
You also may want to view when a member has used their Virtual Guest Passes.  

Confirm Virtual Guest Passes loaded on a membership

  1. Go to the Marketplace.  Click here to learn how
  2. Click on the Transactions tab
  3. Enter part of the Membership ID in the Search bar 
  4. All transactions for this search will appear as you type
  5. Each purchase of Virtual Guest Passes will have two line
  6. The first line shows that the purchase was made
  7. The second line shows that the Virtual Guest Pass(es) were transferred (auto-redeemed) to the Membership
