Overview of ways to assign Virtual Guest Passes

Overview
Virtual guest passes can be assigned to memberships (households) five ways. 
  1. Adjust individual memberships
  2. Set default guest pass amount for new memberships
  3. Update all existing memberships
    1. setting a new value or adding guest pass for all
    2. automatic daily reset
  4. Members can buy guest passes themselves in the Marketplace
The next picture is the area where Virtual Guest Passes are used after Check-In.


How to assign a virtual guest pass to an individual household
  1. Go to the MANAGE tab for the membership
  2. Set the number of virtual Guest Passes for that membership


How to set a default number of virtual guest passes for all new memberships
  1. In the Preferences menu
  2. Set the number of virtual Guest Passes

How to update the number of virtual guest passes for all existing memberships

Go to the OPERATIONS tab

Option A: Update the number of virtual Guest Passes for all members
  1. Set the value you want
  2. Ignore: Suspended Memberships (optional)
  3. Select SET or INCREMENT the number of virtual guest passes for existing memberships.  


Option B: Daily Virtual Guest Pass reset for all members
  1. Choose the time you want all guest passes to reset
  2. Set the number of passes each membership will reset to
  3. Click SET
  4. To disable this feature, click DISABLE
