FAQ: What are Virtual Guest Passes?

Virtual Guest Passes is a feature used by communities that have a simple guest policy and need a way to track simple guest passes.    

How are Virtual Guest Passes checked in?

The next picture is the area where Virtual Guest Passes are used after Check-In.


How are Virtual Guest Passes added to households?  

Virtual guest passes can be assigned to memberships (households) in multiple ways. 
  1. Staff can manually add guest passes to memberships.
  2. Staff can bulk add guest passes to memberships all at once.  
  3. Administrators can auto-reset guest passes overnight.  
  4. Members can buy guest passes themselves in the Marketplace.
  5. Members can buy guest passes on the Application.  
How to manually add a virtual guest pass to a membership?
  1. Go to the MANAGE tab for the membership
  2. Set the number of virtual Guest Passes for that membership


How are virtual guest passes added in bulk? 

Go to the OPERATIONS tab.  Update the number of virtual Guest Passes for all members
  1. Set the value you want
  2. Ignore: Suspended Memberships (optional)
  3. Select SET or INCREMENT the number of virtual guest passes for existing memberships.  


How are virtual guest passes reset overnight? 

Go to the OPERATIONS tab.  Update All Virtual Guest Passes.  Daily Virtual Guest Pass reset for all members.
  1. Choose the time you want all guest passes to reset
  2. Set the number of passes each membership will reset to
  3. Click SET
  4. To disable this feature, click DISABLE
