How to Print or Email a ticket

Overview

You may want to print a ticket for a patron or email them their ticket. 
Keep in mind that a patron can send themselves their tickets as well.  CLICK HERE to see those instructions.  

Here is how

First, find the ticket

  1. Go to the Marketplace.  CLICK HERE to learn how.  
  2. Click on the Tickets tab
  3. Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
  4. Click the ticket
  5. See details and actions appear

  1. Click the Print icon
  2. A print screen will appear
  3. Choose the local Printer
  4. Click Print

Email a ticket

  1. Confirm the email is correct, or edit the address if it is incorrect
  2. Click the Email icon
  3. A Success screen will appear
  4. Direct the patron to look for an email from "marketplace@pool-pass.com" in their email
