How to Print or Email a ticket
Overview
You may want to print a ticket for a patron or email them their ticket.
Keep in mind that a patron can send themselves their tickets as well.

Here is how
First, find the ticket
- Go to the Marketplace. CLICK HERE to learn how.
- Click on the Tickets tab
- Enter the patron name or email in the Search bar
- Click the ticket
- See details and actions appear
Print a ticket
- Click the Print icon
- A print screen will appear
- Choose the local Printer
- Click Print
Email a ticket
- Confirm the email is correct, or edit the address if it is incorrect
- Click the Email icon
- A Success screen will appear
- Direct the patron to look for an email from "marketplace@pool-pass.com" in their email
