How to VIEW when a pass was printed and mailed

Overview

Some clients request AGS to print and mail classic pool passes directly to a patron home.  Passes are added to our print que when the application has been PROCCESED and APPROVED.  Held, declined, claimed, created, and submitted applications have not been mailed yet.      

How to see view a pass was printed and mailed
 
  1. Open the journal by clicking the arrow on the left
  2. Passes are added to our print que when the application is approved.
  3. Passes are printed and mailed within 24 hours of this date.
Some clients allow the patron to request printed passes.  How do I view what the patron requested? 
  1. Click the eye icon and view or download the application


What if its been 10 days and the patron hasn't received their pass?

What if a patron's pass was initially not printed and now I want to have AGS print and mail it?  
This is common if you are a client that reactivates passes or lets patrons decide to select classic or ePass.
