How to VIEW when a pass was printed and mailed

Overview

Some clients request AGS to print and mail classic pool passes directly to a patron home.  Passes are added to our print que when the application has been PROCCESED and APPROVED.  Held, declined, claimed, created, and submitted applications have not been mailed yet.      

First year clients: Here is how
 
  1. Open the journal by clicking the arrow on the left.
  2. Passes are added to our print que when the application is synced with PoolPass.
  3. Passes are printed and mailed within 24 hours of this date.
  4. View note
    1. If there are no notes: We approved all the patron's requests and printed the passes.  
    2. If there are notes: We did not approve all the patron's requests
      1. Some clients request AGS to delete patrons if they don't comply with your facility rules.
Returning clients: Here is how 

  1. Open the journal by clicking the arrow on the left.
  2. Passes are added to our print que when the application is synced with PoolPass.
  3. Passes are printed and mailed within 24 hours of this date.
  4. View note
    1. If there are no notes: We approved all the patron's requests.
      1. Initial passes were were printed and mailed.
      2. Replacement passes were printed and mailed.
      3. Reactivated passes were reactivated.  
    2. If there are notes: We did not approve all the patron's requests
      1. Some clients request AGS to delete patrons if they don't comply with your facility rules.
      2. Some clients request AGS not to print passes if they don't comply with your replacement pass policy.  
How do I view what the patron requested? 
  1. Click the eye icon and view or download the application.
What if its been 10 days and the patron hasn't received their pass?
