Some clients request AGS to print and mail classic pool passes directly to a patron home. Passes are added to our print que when the application has been PROCCESED and APPROVED. Held, declined, claimed, created, and submitted applications have not been mailed yet.
First year clients: Here is how
- Open the journal by clicking the arrow on the left.
- Passes are added to our print que when the application is synced with PoolPass.
- Passes are printed and mailed within 24 hours of this date.

- If there are no notes: We approved all the patron's requests and printed the passes.
- If there are notes: We did not approve all the patron's requests
- Some clients request AGS to delete patrons if they don't comply with your facility rules.
