How to UPDATE a household AFTER the application has been processed.

Overview 
PROCESSED applications can only be processed once. After an application has been processed, there are two ways to edit their information.  You can edit them directly in PoolPass, or through the Application Portal.

How to use the Application Portal to open the membership in Pool Pass
1. Find the application and click the eye icon to view the application

2. Click OPEN IN POOLPASS
3. A new window will pop up with the PoolPass MANAGE tab.  Now you are able to make edits to the Membership and Members.
